This class will introduce you to the transformative GYROKINESE Method—an innovative movement technique that benefits both body and mind.

The GYROKINESE Method works by addressing the entire body, ensuring improved energy flow, enhanced nervous system stimulation, increased range of motion, and functional strength development. Through rhythmic and flowing movement sequences, you’ll experience the coordination of breath, movement, and mental focus.
